SAPHTERIDE-5 Finasteride 5mg is used for treating symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men to improve urinary flow and reduce the risk of acute urinary retention. It works by reducing prostate size through hormonal pathway modulation. This medication is also indicated for managing prostate-related conditions requiring 5-alpha reductase inhibition.
