CALIBERI Tadalafil 20mg is used for the management of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult males, helping to achieve and maintain a firm erection suitable for sexual activity. The active component aids this process by enhancing blood flow to the organ following sexual stimulation. The higher 20 mg dosage is typically intended for on-demand use, offering efficacy for an extended period, which can be up to 36 hours.

Side Effects

CALIBERI Tadalafil 20mg common side effects include headache, an unpleasant sensation in the stomach, back pain, and muscle aches. Flushing of the face, a stuffy or runny nose, and indigestion are also frequently reported. Less common but more severe effects to be aware of are a prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, or a sudden decrease or loss of hearing, which may be accompanied by ringing in the ears and dizziness.

Directions and Dosage

The product is intended for use in adult males only.

• Dosage for Adults (18+ years) (Erection Difficulties, As Needed): The initial recommended starting dose is 10 mg taken before anticipated sexual activity. This dose may be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg based on individual effectiveness and tolerability.
• Maximum Daily Dosage: The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day.
• Dosage for Adults (18+ years) (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension): The recommended dose is 40 mg (two 20 mg doses) taken once daily at the same time each day. The daily 40 mg dose should not be divided.

Not recommended for use in children or adolescents. Use in individuals with severe kidney or liver problems should be carefully assessed.

Contraindications

The use of this product is strictly prohibited in individuals taking any form of organic nitrate medication, as this can cause a severe and dangerous drop in blood pressure. It should also be avoided by individuals with a known serious sensitivity to the active substance. Furthermore, do not use it if taking a guanylate cyclase stimulator.

Special Precautions

• Individuals with certain heart or blood vessel conditions should not engage in sexual activity and should therefore not use this product.
• Caution is advised for individuals with conditions that may lead to a prolonged erection, such as blood cell disorders or an anatomical deformation of the organ.
• Seek immediate attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, as this may lead to permanent injury.
• Discontinue use immediately and seek attention in the event of sudden loss of vision or sudden decrease/loss of hearing, which may be accompanied by ringing in the ears.
• Individuals with uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, recent heart attack (within 90 days), or recent stroke (within 6 months) should use with caution.

Is it safe to take it with other medications?

It is absolutely unsafe to take concurrently with nitrate-based medications or guanylate cyclase stimulators due to a severe risk of dangerously low blood pressure. Use with alpha-blockers, often used for blood pressure or prostate issues, requires caution due to a potential additive blood pressure lowering effect. Dosage adjustments may be necessary when taken with certain strong metabolism-affecting treatments.

How should I store it?

Store the product in its original packaging to keep it protected from moisture and light. Ensure storage is at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and away from high heat.
