Indications / Uses

LYRICA Pregabalin 75mg is used for the management of various forms of neuropathic pain in adults, including pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It is also utilized as an adjunctive treatment for partial-onset seizures, with or without secondary generalization, in adults. Additionally, it is indicated for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and is used in the management of fibromyalgia. It works by reducing the release of certain neurotransmitters in the central nervous system.

Side Effects

Care is advised when engaging in activities that require mental alertness until the individual response is known.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): Initial therapeutic intake typically begins at 150 mg daily.
• The effective daily maintenance intake usually falls within the range of 150 mg to 600 mg.

Do not exceed a maximum daily intake of 600 mg in 24 hours. The product is not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age as its use in this population is generally not established.

Contraindications

Avoid use in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to the active substance or any other component found within the capsule formulation.

Special Precautions
