Indications / Uses of HYOSAPH Hyoscine N-Butylbromide 10mg Tablet

Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets are used to ease cramps in the stomach, intestines, bladder, and urinary system. They can also help with symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
 

What are the side-effects of HYOSAPH Hyoscine N-Butylbromide 10mg Tablet?

This medication, like all others, can have side effects, though not everyone experiences them.
If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking your medicine immediately and seek medical attention right away, as you may need urgent treatment:
  • Allergic reactions like skin issues (e.g., nettle rash, itching), rash, or redness of the skin. These are uncommon but may affect up to 1 in 100 people.
  • Severe allergic reactions (anaphylactic shock), which can include difficulty breathing, feeling faint, or dizziness.
  • Painful redness in the eye accompanied by loss of vision.
Other side effects:
Uncommon - may affect up to 1 in 100 people
  • Dry mouth
  • Abnormal sweating or reduced sweating
  • Increased heart rate
Rare - may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people
  • Being unable to pass water (urine)
 

Dosage / Direction for Use of HYOSAPH Hyoscine N-Butylbromide 10mg Tablet

Adults and children over 12 years:
  • Take 2 tablets of 10 mg or 1 tablet of 20 mg, 4 times a day.
  • For Irritable Bowel Syndrome, start with 1 tablet of 10 mg, 3 times a day, with possible adjustments if needed.
Children aged 6-12 years:
  • Take 1 tablet of 10 mg, 3 times a day.
Children under 6 years:
  • Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets are not recommended.
 

Contraindications

Do not take Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets if:
  • You are allergic to Hyoscine Butylbromide or any of the other ingredients.
  • You have Glaucoma (an eye condition).
  • You have Myasthenia Gravis (a rare muscle weakness condition).
  • You have a suspected or confirmed bowel blockage.
  • You have a condition where the bowel is blocked and not functioning properly (paralytic or obstructive ileus), characterized by severe abdominal pain, lack of stools, and/or nausea/vomiting.
  • You have a significantly enlarged bowel (megacolon).
  • You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
If any of these apply to you or if you're unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
 

Special Precautions

Before taking Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have:
  • Rapid heart rate or heart problems
  • Thyroid issues (e.g., overactive thyroid)
  • Difficulty or pain urinating (e.g., prostate issues)
  • Constipation
  • Fever

Ang Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets ay ginagamit upang mapawi ang mga cramp sa tiyan, bituka, pantog, at sistema ng ihi. Makakatulong din sila sa mga sintomas ng Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
 

Ano ang mga epekto ng HYOSAPH Hyoscine N-Butylbromide 10mg Tablet?

Ang gamot na ito, tulad ng lahat ng iba pang mga gamot, ay maaaring magkaroon ng mga epekto, bagaman hindi lahat ay nakakaranas nito.

Dosage / Direksyon sa Paggamit ng HYOSAPH Hyoscine N-Butylbromide 10mg Tablet

Mga matatanda at mga bata na higit sa 12 taon:
  • Uminom ng 2 tablet na 10 mg o 1 tablet na 20 mg, 4 na beses sa isang araw.
  • Para sa Irritable Bowel Syndrome, magsimula sa 1 tablet na 10 mg, 3 beses sa isang araw, na maaaring i-adjust kung kinakailangan.
Mga bata na may edad 6-12 taon:
  • Uminom ng 1 tablet na 10 mg, 3 beses sa isang araw.
Mga bata na wala pang 6 na taon:
  • Ang Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets ay hindi inirerekomenda.
 

Kontraindikasyon

Huwag uminom ng Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets kung:
  • Ikaw ay allergic sa Hyoscine Butylbromide o alinman sa ibang mga sangkap.
  • Ikaw ay may Glaucoma (isang kondisyon sa mata).
  • Ikaw ay may Myasthenia Gravis (isang bihirang kondisyon ng panghihina ng kalamnan).
  • Ikaw ay may pinaghihinalaan o nakumpirmang bara sa bituka.
  • Ikaw ay may kondisyon kung saan ang bituka ay nakabara at hindi gumagana ng maayos (paralytic o obstructive ileus), na may kasamang matinding sakit sa tiyan, kawalan ng dumi, at/o pagsusuka.
  • Ikaw ay may makabuluhang pinalaki na bituka (megacolon).
  • Ikaw ay buntis, nagpaplanong mabuntis, o nagpapasuso.
Kung alinman sa mga ito ay naaangkop sa iyo o kung hindi ka sigurado, kumonsulta sa iyong doktor o parmasyutiko bago gamitin ang gamot na ito.
 

Espesyal na mga Pag-iingat

Bago gamitin ang Hyoscine Butylbromide Tablets, kumonsulta sa iyong doktor o parmasyutiko kung mayroon kang:
  • Mabilis na tibok ng puso o mga problema sa puso
  • Isyu sa thyroid (hal., labis na aktibong thyroid)
  • Hirap o sakit sa pag-ihi (hal., problema sa prostate)
  • Pagtitibi
  • Lagnat
Humingi agad ng medikal na payo kung makaranas ka ng:
  • Patuloy o lumalalang sakit sa tiyan na may lagnat, pagduduwal, pagsusuka, pagbabago sa dumi, sakit sa tiyan, mababang presyon ng dugo, pagkahilo, o dugo sa dumi.
 
Pagbubuntis, Pagpapasuso, at Pagkamayabong
Huwag uminom ng gamot na ito kung ikaw ay buntis, nagpapasuso, iniisip mong maaaring buntis, o nagpaplanong magkaroon ng anak.
 
Pagmamaneho at Paggamit ng Makina
Ang ilang tao ay maaaring makaranas ng problema sa paningin habang umiinom ng gamot na ito. Kung mangyari ito sa iyo, maghintay hanggang ang iyong paningin ay bumalik sa normal bago magmaneho o gumamit ng mga kasangkapan o makina.
