Indications
Symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis [seasonal or perennial], as prophylaxis in seasonal allergic rhinitis & treatment of comorbid asthma & allergic rhinitis in childn ≥15 yr.
Dosage
Adult, adolescent & children ≥15 yr 1 tab once daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Storage
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to montelukast Na, levocetirizine or cetirizine. Patients w/ severe renal impairment at CrCl <10 mL/min. Patients w/ rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
