TEMPRA Paracetamol 325mg common side effects include: skin rashes, hives, and other allergic reactions. Directions and Dosage

Not recommended for children under 6 years in this tablet form. Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours. Maximum treatment duration: 5 days for pain or 3 days for fever unless otherwise specified.
