SOLMUX ADVANCE is used for managing respiratory conditions with excessive mucus production such as acute bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It combines mucolytic action with immune support to reduce mucus viscosity and promote expectoration. This formulation helps ease productive coughing and supports bronchial clearance during respiratory infections.

Side Effects

SOLMUX ADVANCE common side effects include: gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, epigastric pain, or mild diarrhea. Less frequently, skin rash or headache may occur. These reactions are typically transient and resolve with continued use.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and adolescents (15+ years): 1 tablet 3 times daily. Maximum daily dose: 3 tablets.

Not recommended for children under 15. Treatment duration typically ranges from 5-10 days based on symptom improvement.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to components. Active peptic ulcer disease. History of gastrointestinal hemorrhage requires special consideration.
