SINUPRET FORTE Dragee is used for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammations of the paranasal sinuses and the respiratory tract. It acts as a secretolytic therapy to liquefy viscous mucus, supporting recovery in cases of acute and chronic catarrh. This herbal medicine helps alleviate pressure headaches, nasal congestion, and facial pain associated with sinusitis. It is also utilized as a supplementary measure in antibacterial therapy to promote effective drainage of the sinuses.

Side Effects
SINUPRET FORTE Dragee common side effects include: gastrointestinal complaints such as stomach pain, nausea, flatulence, and bloating. Directions and Dosage
- Adults (18+ years): 1 dragee 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 dragees in 24 hours.
- Adolescents (12–17 years): 1 dragee 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 dragees in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Maximum treatment duration: 7 to 14 days. Tablets should be swallowed whole with some liquid, preferably after meals for those with a sensitive stomach.
Contraindications
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the active herbal ingredients. It is contraindicated for individuals with existing gastric or duodenal ulcers.
