Indications / Uses

Alnix Cetirizine 10mg is used for relieving allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin reactions caused by seasonal allergies, hay fever, or chronic hives. It effectively reduces itching and swelling associated with allergic reactions and provides 24-hour relief with a single daily dose.

Side Effects

Alnix Cetirizine 10mg common side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, or mild stomach discomfort. Less frequently, it may cause restlessness, fatigue, or hypersensitivity reactions such as rash or swelling.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and children 12+ years: 1 tablet (10mg) once daily. Do not exceed 10mg in 24 hours.
• Children 6–11 years: ½ tablet (5mg) once daily. Do not exceed 5mg in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 6 years. Maximum treatment duration: 10 days unless advised otherwise.

Contraindications

Severe kidney impairment, hypersensitivity to antihistamines, or allergies to any component of the formulation.
