Indications
It is used for the symptomatic relief of allergic conditions including rhintis and chronic uticaria.
Dosage
The typical dose for children is 5 mg/5 ml-10 mg/10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) once daily for children 6-11 years in case of syrup formulation. Allecur P is typically used at the same time every day.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Severe renal impairment.
Special Precautions
Patients with epilepsy and patients at risk of convulsions; risk factors for urinary retention (e.g. spinal cord lesion, prostatic hyperplasia). Hepatic and mild to moderate renal impairment. Children, elderly. Pregnancy and lactation.
