CERELAC is a nutrient dense food made for your child's small tummy. It contains half of the daily iron needs in 1 serving and has no artifical colors and preservatives. CERELAC is a good source of Iron, Zinc, Vitamins A, C, and B1, Omega 3, and Iodine.
It is intended for spoon feeding. Unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional, one or two bowls of Cerelac should be given per day depending on the age of the child.
From 6 months onwards, in addition to breastmilk and cereals, it is also appropriate to give your child other complementary foods like meat, fish, vegetables, etc.

Preparation Instructions
- Wash your hands before preparing your child’s food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
- Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool. Measure 150mL and pour lukewarm water into the child’s bowl.
- Add 50 grams or 5 level tablespoonfuls of Cerelac.
- Stir until the Cerelac is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
Precautions
- Do not keep unfinished portions. Close the pack tightly after each use and store it in a cool and dry place. Use the product within 30 days after opening.
